Return Policy

At Maison Améla, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order under the terms described below.

Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
According to EU and Swedish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info.maisonamela@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

Conditions for Returns
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and jewelry seals intact. If the jewelry seal (security tag or paper seal) has been removed, tampered with, or reattached, the return will not be accepted. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will also not be eligible for return.

Exceptions
For hygienic reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized or engraved items are also non-returnable.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable. Return fees are 79 SEK within Sweden and 149 SEK outside Sweden.

Refunds
Refunds will be made only for the item price, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your item (size, color, or model), you must return the original item and place a new order.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info.maisonamela@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. The item must then be shipped securely in its original packaging within 14 days after notifying us. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm whether it has been accepted or rejected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Maison Améla will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a replacement at no extra charge.
