At Maison Améla, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy designed to give you peace of mind.

Returns

Can I return my order?

 

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

⚠️ If the seal has been removed or broken, the item is considered used and cannot be returned.

All original packaging, tags, and protective seals must remain intact. Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or returned without its seals cannot be accepted.

✨ For hygienic reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–12 working days, but depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to appear in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info.maisonamela@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will prioritize resolving the issue swiftly.

How do I start a return?

Exchanges

Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size or product?
To maintain the exclusivity and highest hygiene standards of our jewelry, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size or item, you are welcome to return the product in its original, unused, and sealed condition.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your desired piece.
